fed up i gave all the crap up even tho i dident have that much in first place only need to lose a stone been exercising every day and dosent seem to be doing anything getting fed up anyone else having this trouble i could realy do with a boost right now sorry dont mean to moan and well done for everyone whos trying and winning i know its hard work

Hi Sergio, thanks for your message! At this time, we only actively track carbs/proteins/fats and calories. You can find all other micronutrients when looking at more information about the products though. In the future, you will be able to see daily advice for micro nutrients as well.

Is there a possible to find My Meals & My Added food via website? As I see it's possible to do via phone but not via site. If it's not possible yet, could you add this feature?

Hi Rennu, at this time there is no specific filter on the website to find your own meals and products, but I understand your desire for it. I have forwarded your request to my colleagues and will see if this can be changed. Thanks for the tip!

The leaderboard shows monthly fitness points but I can't seem to find where a monthly total is listed on my profile anywhere. What am I missing?

Hi Kitt, thanks for your message! You can view your own overview by going to the app Activity Calendar and then clicking on Activity Overview. That will show you your own statistics, including fitpoints! :-)

Hi. Our Iphone clients have had problems since updating the app. The logos and descriptions do not show on each exercise when they are searching. All they see is the time (e.g. 30sec) What can be done about this?

Hi Yaba, it should be fixed by simply logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work, it should help to adjust something to the custom made activities. Change a value or add a picture. Let me know if that worked!

Hi there, I am having issues with deleting any challenges i have created. When i try to delete it says that "i do not have permission'

Also despite me updating the app some exercises i have created for a workout plan for my clients do not show up it just appears blank in that slot, what do i ned to do to fix this?

How does data entered on the app sync with the webpage? I updated data on my app and don't see it on my webpage.

Hi Lauren, I just checked your calendar and there's a lot in there, so I assume it synced in the end? :) Sometimes it takes a while or the app needs to find a stable internet connection first to be able to sync it.

Please add "Push-up Close / Diamond" exercises.

I have added it as my own custom exercise,
but that will not rise counts in the Pushups Challenges.

If I add a workout plan for say 3 week ahead, and after some days I add or change something in the plan, it will not change the plans already added to the calendar. I have to remove the plan in each single day, takes time, and then add the plan again to get the updates. CanĀ“t you change that, so if you make changes in plan it will follow, or at least have some option to update already added plans. Hope you follow what I mean.. :)

For now, you can best go into your activity calendar and change it there (even though you will have to change it for the different days..) Good luck!

Hi
I`v been using the virtuagym food app and its great but after the lates update i cant log into my account. I only get "server timed out, check if you have a internet connection". My internet connection is ok and I`v tried to delete and reinstall the app a couple of times without any luck.
